Marketing 4.0

Teknik pemasaran terbaru yang terintegrasi antara pendekatan tradisional dan digital.

Marketing 4.0 adalah pendekatan terbaru pemasaran yang mengacu pada pola baru perilaku konsumen di era digital, yaitu 5A’s (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, dan Advocate). Dengan pendekatan ini, pemasar dapat mengidentifikasi marketing bottlenecks dan melakukan berbagai sub-strategy untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan human-centric marketing, content marketing, omnichannel marketing, dan engagement marketing. Dalam training marketing ini, peserta akan mempelajari beberapa pendekatan terbaru pemasaran di era digital.
